The 27th Annual General Meeting was held on the 3rd September, 2009 at the Hong Kong Bankers' Club. The following agenda has been gone through during the AGM:

1. Approval of the minutes of the Twenty-sixth Annual General Meeting;

2. Chairman's report for the year 2008/2009;

3. Approval of the audited accounts for the year ended 31st March, 2009;

4. Election of the Executive Committee;

5. Election of Honorary Auditors;

6. Any other business.

Following immediately the AGM, a luncheon talk on "Experience Sharing on Debt Recovery & Equipment Repossession in China - 國內設備回收及執行問題" ,presented by Mr. Anthony Kan (簡程蔭先生), Chief Consultant of Hancheng Law Firm (廣東瀚誠律師事務所).

The meeting was adjourned after the lunch. All the guests enjoyed the event and we look forward to the upcoming events organised by HKELA.
