The 30th Annual General Meeting was held on the 14th September 2012 at the Hong Kong Bankers' Club. The following agenda has been gone through during the AGM:

1. Approval of the minutes of the Twenty-ninth Annual General Meeting;

2. Chairman's report for the year 2011/2012;

3. Approval of the audited accounts for the year ended 31st March 2012;

4. Election of the Executive Committee;

5. Election of Honorary Auditors;

6. Any other business.

Following immediately the AGM, a luncheon talk on "Global Economy Caught Between a Rock and a Hard Place" ,presented by Mr. Paul Tang, Chief Economist of the Bank of East Asia Limited.

The meeting was adjourned after the lunch. All the guests enjoyed the event and we look forward to the upcoming events organised by HKELA.
