The 31st Annual General Meeting was held on the 10th September 2013 at the Hong Kong Bankers' Club. The following agenda has been gone through during the AGM:

1. Approval of the minutes of the Thirtieth Annual General Meeting;

2. Chairman's report for the year 2012/2013;

3. Approval of the audited accounts for the year ended 31st March 2013;

4. Election of the Executive Committee;

5. Election of Honorary Auditors;

6. Any other business.

 Following immediately the AGM, a luncheon talk on " Challenges and Opportunities of Hong Kon Residential Property market" ,presented by Mr. Thomas Lam, Head of Research and Consultancy, Greater China of Knight Frank.
