The 32nd Annual General Meeting was held on the 19th September 2014 at the Hong Kong Bankers' Club. The following agenda has been gone through during the AGM:

1. To approve the minutes of the Thirty-first Annual General Meeting;

2. To receive the Chairman’s Report for the year 2013/2014;

3. To approve the audited accounts of the Association for the year ended 31^st March 2014;

4. To elect maximum eight persons as members of the Executive Committee;

5. To elect the Auditors of the Association; and

6. To deal with any other business.

Following immediately the AGM, a luncheon talk on " The Investment Environemnt in Hong Kong", presented by Mr. Simon Galpin, Director-General, Invest Hong Kong, The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrativ Region.
