The 40th Annual General Meeting was held on December 2, 2022 at The Foreign Correspondents' Club. The following agenda has been gone through during the AGM:

(i)    Approval of the minutes of the Thirty-ninth Annual General Meeting;

(ii)   Chairman’s Report for the year 2021/2022;

(iii)  Approval of the audited accounts for the year ended 31st March 2022;

(iv) Election of the Executive Committee;

(v)  Election of the Auditor and

(vi) Any other business.
