The 2005/2005 Annual General Meeting was held on June 23, 2006 at Holiday Inn Golden Mile Hong Kong. We had gone through the following agenda during the AGM:

1. Approval of the minutes of the twenty-third annual general meeting;

2. HKELA Chairman report for the year 2005/2006;

3. Approval of the audited accounts for the fiscal year end March 31, 2006;

4. Election of the Executive Committee;

Immediate following the AGM, there was a luncheon talk on "Key Elements of the 11th Five-year Plan of Shenzhen Municipal Government - Political and Economic Relationship between Hong Kong and Shenzhen", presented by Mr. Almen Tam, General Manager of Heidelberg Shenzhen Ltd.

The meeting was adjourned after the lunch. All the guest enjoyed the event and we looked forward to the upcoming events organised by HKELA.
