Invitation to Join the Association
The Hong Kong Equipment Leasing Association was established in 1983 to collectively represent the leasing community in Hong Kong. The objectives of the Association are as follows:
- promoting the awareness and interest in leasing as a convenient source of financing;
- providing a forum for information exchange on the leasing industry;
- liaising with government or other parties on matters affecting the interest of members.
In the past few years, the Association, at an aim to promoting co-operation among members and striking for the betterment of the equipment leasing industry as a whole, has initiated several projects and activities. We have been working closely with relevant parties to resolve problems encountered in cross-border financing. Also, seminars were held to update members' knowledge about the industry. In addition, negotiation with CIS for the enhancement of database containing statistics for marketing purpose is in progress.
Your company should join the Association if you wish to:
- acquire more update market information through the discussion and exchange of ideas among members;
- train up your staff of the latest development of leasing techniques and theories through participation into the seminars co-organized by the Association and some international leasing bodies;
- explore business opportunities and develop relationship through joining delegation to China.
