Re: Annual General Meeting and Luncheon Talk on 10^hSeptember 2013(Tuesday)

We cordially invite all full and associate members of The Hong Kong Equipment Leasing Association to attend the Annual General Meeting for the year 2013 and Luncheon Talk- “Challenges and Opportunities of Hong Kong Residential Property Market”.  The talk will be delivered by Mr. Thomas Lam, Director, Head of Research and Consultancy, Greater Chinaof Knight Frank.  The talk will be conductedin Cantonese.

Biography of Mr. Thomas Lam

Mr. Thomas Lam is a Chartered Surveyor and has over 12 years’ experience in the real estate industry, with specific experience in market research, corporate advisory, valuation, real estate finance,nvestment advisory and business development in Asia Pacific markets (ex-Japan).

Prior to joining Knight Frank, Mr. Lam was the Director at a surveying firm overseeing research, corporate advisory and valuation services in China and Hong Kong.

Mr. Lam started his career with Sallmanns as an assistant valuer. He then joined Colliers International and was responsible for consultancy and valuation services in China and elsewhere in the Asia Pacific region. He has also worked with Credit Suisse in real estate finance and securitisation projects in China.
